Notice of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church Parish Annual Meeting
January 26, 2020
immediately following the regular Sunday service*
for the purpose of:
accepting previous year’s annual meeting minutes,
electing Diocesan Convention delegates,
Bishop’s Committee members as needed –
• 1 clerk for a 1 year term
• 1 member-at-large for a 2 year term,
presentation of the 2020 budget approved by BC
presentation of reports by committees and ministries
and any other business as may be necessary.

*Parish photo will be taken before the meeting begins!
