Spiritual Eucharist led by the Vicar, Amma Susan Taylor and supported by members of Saint Andrew’s Episcopal Church, Winthrop.
Tonight, the wonder is upon us! The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light! From many rooms, we have come together virtually to once again worship God Incarnate. It is a Christmas Eve to remember undeterred by a pandemic. Our full service of Holy Eucharist (Spiritual Communion) ensued with beautiful offerings of song, presentation of a ‘Lego’ creche, guest musicians from ‘realms’ beyond St. Andrew’s, breaking open of The Word (Amma Susan’s homily begins at 30:00) and prayer.
